TFS Club Terms of Service

The Foot Spot Club™ – Terms & Conditions
Effective [date]. The Foot Spot Club™ is operated by The Foot Farm LLC d/b/a The Foot Spot and powered by KC Is Good®.

1. Enrollment. Membership begins with a $50 purchase of KC Is Good® merchandise at a Foot Spot location. Membership is effective on the date of enrollment and runs for 12 months. There is no separate membership fee.

2. Household coverage. A membership covers up to two (2) named individuals residing in the same household. Names may be added at enrollment or at any later visit during the membership term.

3. KC Is Good® credit. Upon enrollment, members receive a $50 credit redeemable only for KC Is Good® merchandise at The Foot Spot. Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be applied to shoes, inserts, services, or tax. Credit is available immediately and remains valid through the end of the membership term. Unused credit expires at the end of the term.

4. Footwear discount. Members receive 10% off regularly priced footwear. Excluded: Archmello, accessories, Sole Supports custom orthotics, and any brand or style The Foot Spot designates as excluded, including where required by brand pricing policies. The 10% discount does not apply to sale, clearance, or otherwise promotionally priced items and may not be combined with other discounts or offers on the same item.

5. Sale Spot discount. Members receive an additional 20% off the current marked-down price of items in The Sale Spot clearance section. The 10% footwear discount and the 20% Sale Spot discount never apply to the same item.

6. Inserts. Members receive $10 off each pair of TFS-branded inserts.

7. Birkenstock engraving. Members who purchase a regularly priced pair of Birkenstocks at The Foot Spot are entitled to one (1) free Customize the Good℠ engraving per membership year, from The Foot Spot's preset designs or a monogram. Engraving availability is limited each season and offered while slots last. Engraved footwear is final sale.

8. Priority access. Members may receive early notice of or early access to new product releases. Availability is not guaranteed.

9. Special orders. Member discounts apply to special orders. Special orders must be paid in full at time of order and are final sale.

10. Redemption. Benefits are redeemed in store at participating Foot Spot locations by providing the member's name at checkout. Benefits are not currently available for online orders.

11. Returns. Returned items purchased with a member discount are refunded at the price paid. If a purchase that triggered enrollment is returned, the associated membership and credit may be cancelled.

12. Term and renewal. Benefits in effect at enrollment are honored for the full 12-month term. Membership does not automatically renew. Members may re-enroll with a new $50 KC Is Good® purchase and will receive a new $50 credit.

13. Changes. The Foot Spot may modify or discontinue the program for new enrollments at any time. Changes do not reduce benefits for memberships already in effect.
